Complaints Procedure

If a parent has any concerns they should initially approach the class teacher who can often resolve the issue.   If this is not the case, or the matter is of a more serious nature, an appointment may be made to discuss it with the Headteacher.  The Headteacher takes all complaints seriously and investigates them thoroughly.

The Headteacher normally resolves complaints but if this is not the case the School has a formal Complaints Policy involving the Governing Body.  Details are available from the School.

We believe that our school provides a good education for all our children and encourages positive relationships with all parents.  The Headteacher and school staff work hard to ensure that each child is happy at school and is making good progress.  They always want to know if there is a problem or concern so that action can be taken before it has a serious effect on the child.
